Today started out with my favorite: the fiber drink. Only 2 more days....
Food was rather boring today: grapefruit and egg whites for breakfast, grilled chicken salad and carrots for lunch, and last night's turkey burgers and sweet potato fries for dinner. All super delicious, just nothing new to share.
Bootcamp tonight started basketball week. If only you knew my basketball skills. I made it to the "C" team in the 7th grade. Bring it.
But we did 21 minutes of constant movement. 21 reps of alternating lunges, push-ups with a twist, and squat jumps, jogging about 10 yards between each. Did that for 14 minutes, then did 7 reps of each for the last 7 minutes to move faster. Then we did 10 sets of 90 degree wall sits. 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. I will have trouble walking/peeing/generally functioning tomorrow, no doubt.
We had to go to the store for the 10th time in 2 weeks for fresh fruits and veggies. Always travel safely.
